"Here's what I am doing on Halloween night: I am putting on an Obama mask. I am going to have a huge bowl near the door and it will be empty. When the little kids come up and ring the bell, I am going to open the door and greet them with: "It's time for some Hope and Change." Then, while they have their bags out for the non-existent candy, I am going to grab their bags one at a time and weigh them. After I discern which has the most candy, I will reach in and grab a few handfuls and distribute it amongst the rest. I will then take a few pieces from each of the bags to put into my bowl. Then I will tell them that this is "spreading the wealth" like Barack Obama wants to do."
